In simple terms, the Wisconsin WB-1 Residential Listing Contract is a contract between you, the seller, and my real estate firm. This contract authorizes my firm to represent you in the sale of your property, market the property, provide real estate advice, present offers, and assist with negotiations throughout the home-selling process.
